Welcome to Yalecrest

Salt Lake City may not be home to any Ivy League schools, but we do host some incredible streets named after them.

The east bench of Salt Lake City is absolutely beautiful, a beautiful neighborhood called Yalecrest. All of the streets within 10 blocks or so are named after Ivy League Schools or US Universities. The majority of the homes were built before 1940, and have a tudor or cottage style appearance. They are absolutely charming, and despite the uniform style of the homes, they are all unique in their own way. That makes this neighborhood perfect for exploring. Whether you’re going for a walk, or taking a drive you’re sure to be in awe as you admire the homes! I’m sure your dog would love to take a stroll down Yale, promise he won’t need a 4.0 to get in….

Things to do in Yalecrest

Play a round of golf: Bonneville golf course is only a short distance away! Make a tee time and get out there!

Grab some grub: Check out Eggs in the City! It is the best place to literally get eggs... in the city! It used to be a gas station, but you’d never know. The only remaining reminder of this is the garage door that opens to an outdoor patio. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast! Or brunch. Or yes, even lunch!
